3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Billing and Payment

The service is provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 30 days before the end of the current billing period.

5. Telephone Number Usage

Telephone numbers provided through our service are subject to Twilio's terms and conditions. You agree to use these numbers in compliance with telecommunications regulations.

6. Privacy and Data

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the AI will accurately handle all calls. You acknowledge that AI responses may contain errors.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
